Vendors are required to notify the Food Service Administrators within one week of receiving an order if they will be late or unable to ship any of the items awarded. Voicemail messages are not sufficient. All items must have a minimum of a 90 shelf life from the date that the product is delivered to the institutional warehouse. This includes best by dates and expiration dates. The entire order must be delivered by April 25th 2014. Any vendor who fails to deliver any awarded item(s) will receive an unfavorable past performance rating which may negatively affect future awards.

The United States Penitentiary Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, intends to make multiple awards for perishable subsistence, meat and cheese items. The delivery date will tentatively be the week of April 1-4, 2014. Please refer to the line item descriptions for specific delivery information. Deliveries will be made to USP Lewisburg Fenton Rd, Pa. 17837.
