All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award.


This action will result in a modification to a multiple year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity that will be awarded, which will be a Fixed Price with Prospective Price Redetermination contract with a five (5) year base period and four (4) year option period for a potential duration of none (9) years. This is a non-live Requirement. First article testing is not required for these items.

For part numbers 2-100-060-45, 2-131-110-76, 2-200-071-67, and 2-300-932-01, the Government does not have the data needed to acquire these part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. For part number 2-141-140-45, the part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application.
