I read this as one option for 18 units not step ladder pricing from 1 to 18. Please confirm the validity period. Answer: Our intent is to order, over the next 2-3 years, small incremental quantities (1 through 5 each) up to an eventual total of 18. Question: The SOW stated Quality must be to ISO Q9001-2008 standards. Does the contractor need to be ISO Q9001 certified or is it sufficient for a contractor to demonstrate the quality methods are compliant to the standard? Answer: Demonstration of any quality process equivalent to ISO Q9001 is sufficient. Question: With regard to the above referenced solicitation, the representations and certifications are included by reference as marked in the body of the solicitation. If the contractor is registered and completed the FARS, DFARS and reps and certs in the SAM.GOV system, do they need to be provided with the submission of this response to the solicitation? Answer: No, according to 52.204-8 Annual Representatives and Certifications -as prescribed in 4.1202 except for commercial items solicitations.... Question: Do we have to submit in addition to the proposal (pricing, technical documentation, compliance matrix to SOW, what else ? ......) and in which form. Please could you provide me the requirements for the electronic bid/proposal submission. Answer: All that is needed is a data sheet to address the specifications for the requirement and a price proposal. Any format is acceptable.
