1) Add "25 MPH" to the inbound lanes at the West Entrance
2) In response to question asked: clarification for Montana State Highway Specifications Article M-280.02 (E)

4) In response to question asked: Clarify the striping limits on Mammoth Area Roads, Lake Developed Area and Grant Developed Area. Maps attached but breakdown is as follows: Mammoth approx. 2.3 miles; Lake approx. 1.7 miles; Grant approx. 2.5 miles
5)Striping at Grant can be done along with Summer Striping under Bid Item No.1 POP 7/22/2019 - 8/31/2019 as chip seal will not be done at Grant.

Road Striping, Yellowstone National Park
GENERAL: The National Park Service, Intermountain Region (NPS-IMR), Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office (NR MABO), is soliciting for road striping in Yellowstone National Park.
PROJECT SCOPE AND LOCATIONS: The NPS-IMR intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award the striping of roadways, intersections, and parking areas throughout Yellowstone National Park. All striping work shall be in accordance with current Manual Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) standards. This is a construction requirement in accordance with the definition of FAR 2.101: ¿Construction¿ means construction, alteration, or repair (including dredging, excavating, and painting) of buildings, structures, or other real property. For purposes of this definition, the terms ¿buildings, structures, or other real property, include, but are not limited to, improvements of all types, such as bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, cemeteries, pumping stations, railways, airport facilities, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, canals, and channels.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The estimated period of performance for this requirement is July 26, 2019 to October 31, 2019
ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $250,000 and $500,000
SET ASIDE: This acquisition has been set aside for Small Business. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
TENTATIVE DATES: The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about June 11, 2019 (subject to change) and will be open for a period of 30 days.
The Request for Proposal will be posted to www.fbo.gov. The RFP and all attachments will be available for download at www.fedconnect.net search for 140P1418R0002.
