As a part of the Low-Boom Flight Demonstration (LBFD) mission, NASA is conducting a national campaign of community overflight tests using the X-59 Quiet Supersonic Technology (QueSST) demonstration aircraft. The scope of this contract includes support for the planning and execution stages for Phase 3 of the LBFD mission for conducting surveys, acquiring acoustic data, and combining survey and acoustic data for development of dose-response relationships. This contract includes activities for planning, execution, and documentation of each community test. The contract was awarded as a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a period of performance of 96 months from date of award.
