Added: Aug 23, 2017 4:17 pm The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for software licenses and maintenance services IAW FAR 13.106-1(a)(1)(iii) and 13.106-1(b) to Infinetwork dba Netvillage, 342 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Laurel, MD 20707.  Anticipated award date is 29 August 2017. World Group is an Information Sharing Networking Platform that has been in use by our Community of Interest supporting classified Operational Test and Evaluation and Electronic Warfare Data Distribution for over 15 years. Rigorous security testing has been done for many years to ensure secure configuration that cannot be easily duplicated without excessive resources. This program has been used to support secure Discretionary and Role Based Access controls to ensure only the appropriate users access the information required.

This requirement is for: 


CLIN 0001:  World Group software licenses and maintenance services; One Base Year and Two Option Years.


These items must be delivered to: Eglin AFB, FL 32542 no later than 29 August 2017 on an FOB Destination basis.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541519, small business size standard:  $27.5M. 


THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government.  All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.  Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to kimberly.nelson.6@us.af.mil.
