Vendor will also prepare and refinish remaining 153 exterior windows, sealing all exterior surfaces and replacing all sealing materials on windows of the historic Bank building located in Canton, OH.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel to repair 15 damaged windows and prepare/refinish the remaining 153 exterior windows of the First Ladies National Historic Bank located in Canton, Ohio.



ESTIMATED RANGE: In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000.



TYPE OF ACQUISITION: A negotiated, firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal.



EVALUATION FACTORS: The government will consider an offeror's technical capability, past performance, and price to determine the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the government.



LOCATION: First Ladies National Historic Bank Building, 205 Market Ave S, Canton, OH 44702.



The anticipated issuance date of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about June 1, 2016 (subject to change). The Period of Performance for this contract is sixty (60) calendar days. Be advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during process based on decisions related to Department of the Interior (DOI) and National Park Service (NPS) changes.



The RFP will be posted and available for download without charge at FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net) on or about June 1, 2016.



This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS: 238350, the Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $15 Million.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Bidders are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their proposal.

THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
