This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, with incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #Fac 2005-85, effective December 4, 2015. This procurement is a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.203(b) and FAR 19.501(c). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562910 - Remediation Services applies, and the small business size standard is $20.5M. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order with one contract line item. U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rates, Wage Determination No. 2015-2235; Revision No: 2, Dated: 12/29/2015 applies.
Notice of Pre-Bid Site Visit: One pre-bid site visit will be conducted at William Jefferson Clinton National Historic Site, Visitor Center, 412 Division Street, Hope, AR, 71801 on 8 Jan 2016 at 10:00 AM Central Time for the purpose of examining the site and verifying conditions. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend this scheduled site visit. Meet at the park¿s Visitor Center. RSVP to terri_dyke@nps.gov. Offerors are requested to submit questions to terri_dyke@nps.gov no later than 11 Jan 2016, 2:00 PM Central Time. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors via www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. The record should include a list of attendees, minutes of the meeting, and questions/answers, if applicable.

The National Park Service, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), 11 North 4th Street, Saint Louis, MO 63102, seeks a qualified firm to provide fire, water, smoke, and possibly mold restoration/remediation at William Jefferson Clinton National Historic Site, AR.
The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supplies and supervision required to perform all operations required for water, fire, smoke, and soot damage restoration/cleaning (extract, dry, clean, sanitize, deodorize, anti-microbial treatments, etc.) in identified interior areas to pre-fire conditions. Restoration/cleaning will be required for all historic furnishings, floors, appliances, cleaning of interior building walls, furniture walls.
