THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE A 3-YEAR IDIQ TYPE CONTRACT AND WILL BE COMPETITIVELY SOLICITED UNDER FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION PROCEDURES.
THE SOLICITATION WILL POST ON/ABOUT 1 MARCH 2024 WITH OFFERS DUE ON/ABOUT 1 APRIL 2024 (SEE SOLICITATION FOR ACTUAL OFFER DUE DATE). OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHECK THE SAM.GOV WEBISTE ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR ANY UPDATES TO THE SOLICITATION.
The solicitation contains a provision entitled 'Reverse Auction,' which allows for the use of reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held.
