About this opportunity
Summary:
The Department of the Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Federal Mine Safety & Health Review Commission (MSC), intends to make a firm-fixed-price award to West Publishing Corporation for Westlaw online legal research tools, including access to National Primary, Analytical Plus, and Litigation Subscriptions. The purchase will include 85 licenses for a base period of 12-months with four 12-month option periods. Fiscal Service will consider written responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. ET on August 09, 2024, that clearly demonstrate the vendor's ability to provide the required subscriptions. If no suitable alternative is identified, Fiscal Service will proceed with a sole-source award to West Publishing Corporation.
This procurement is not set-aside, and West Publishing Corporation is the incumbent provider of the required Westlaw subscriptions. As the sole-source provider of these tools, West Publishing Corporation is the only vendor capable of meeting the Government's salient requirements. The total contract value is not specified, but it will cover the base period and four option periods for 85 licenses of the Westlaw services.
