Navy Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) has a requirement for one (1) video system, endoscopic. This system requires a stroboscopy light source, video capture and recording system and associated software, video processor, endoscopes, camera, and accessories. The system shall be suitable for use in and capable of recording in high definition (HD) during the following: diagnostic flexible video pharyngolaryngoscopy, diagnostic rigid transoral and flexible transnasal laryngeal videostroboscopy, diagnostic flexible transnasal esophagoscopy (TNE), procedures such as pharyngeal/tracheal esophageal biopsy, laryngeal/tracheal injection, upper esophageal balloon dilation and fiber-guided laser ablation utilizing high definition optics and flexible endoscopes with working channels.


This pre-solicitation notice is to inform industry that the NMLC intends to release solicitation number N62645-16-R-0042 between the projected dates of 16 - 20 May 2016.


The requirement will be fulfilled via an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334510 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees.


The solicitation is by electronic means only - no hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and all amendments will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov.


To receive consideration, vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration under the correct NAICS code.
