Added: Aug 01, 2014 10:57 am The United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) requires sustainment and technical support for the Veterinary Services Systems Management (VSSM) software application referred to as Remote Online Veterinary Record (ROVR). ROVR is a clinically integrated longitudinal animal health care record that provides the means to electronically record, store, retrieve, and transmit the elements of clinical encounters in all levels of animal care for Government Owned Animals (GOAs), primarily Military Working Dogs (MWDs), and for Privately Owned Animals (POAs) of active duty and retired military service members.
