About this opportunity
The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma is soliciting proposals for instrument repair services for the Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Station program. Repairs are required for function generators, oscilloscopes, digital instrument cards, module bus test instruments, and electrical chassis. Proposals are due by November 8, 2023 and the award will be made on a firm fixed price basis to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The solicitation incorporates various FAR and DFARS clauses and is being conducted pursuant to a justification that Teradyne is the only responsible source due to proprietary rights and service partnerships.
There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The NAICS code is 334110 and PSC code is J067. The single source justification memorandum identifies Teradyne as the original equipment manufacturer and sole company able to satisfy repair needs. Repairs and replacement equipment must be provided between November 2023 and January 2024 at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex. The government files include quantities, unit costs, and delivery dates for the instruments and equipment to be repaired or replaced under the contract.
