This is a Request for Proposal for Utility Management Consultant Services.
The Utilities Manager must assure that NNSA and its Management and Operating contractors comply with federal laws and NNSA orders, regulations and directives related but not limited to utilities management and acquisition. The Manager has responsibilities relating to all of the following NNSA utilities and energy management activities: utilities acquisition, utilities billing and rebilling, regulatory intervention, invoice audits, functional budget validation for utilities, utilities operations oversight, utilities site planning, energy program management, policy development and implementation, energy conservation, energy retrofit project development, alternative energy program, energy-related infrastructure modernization, emergency energy programs, and field evaluations. The NNSA sites covered under this contract include, but are not be limited to Sandia National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and NNSA Service Center
All response are Due by May 2, 2016, 5:00 pm local time.
