About this opportunity

This combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the National Cancer Institute seeks clinical data on pediatric cancer patients treated with proton therapy or photon therapy. Contractors will retrieve existing diagnosis and treatment data from medical records of eligible patients treated at their institutions since January 2007 and enter de-identified data into a secure database to serve as a comparison cohort. Evaluation will be based on technical acceptability and past performance, with cost as a less important factor. Quotations are due by July 28, 2021.

No set-aside designation was used. Work will be performed remotely by contractors. Awards will be made to multiple contractors for one base period of 12 months from the estimated August 2021 award date to obtain data on eligible patients treated since January 2007. Evaluation will be based on technical acceptability and past performance, with cost as a less important factor.
