Description: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services
This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance FAR Part 13 (FAC 2020-04). The Request for Quote is for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
SDVOSB concerns must be certified in the VIP system at the time of the receipt of quote (solicitation due date) as indicated in the Request for Quote (RFQ) document. Quoters shall fully complete, sign, and submit the attached RFQ document and include any additional documentation being requested therein.
The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire services for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFQ 36C24820Q0288, NAICS Code: 624190 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis.
In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email. Emails shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. Quotes submitted by any other means other than emailed will not be accepted.
The electronic solicitation is hereby announced on this 22th day of the month of January 2020. The quoter shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents and/or amendments from the Contract Opportunities website (www.beta.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Interested firms must be fully registered and active in the SAM database beta.sam.gov. All correspondence and any/all questions must be submitted in via email to the Contractor Officer ana.vazquez@va.gov. All questions are due by January 24, 2020 at 11:00am EST.
