TWO PRAIRIE PIPELINE 2018
The BLM office in Miles City, Montana has a requirement to construct two livestock pipelines. The Spade Pipeline is approximately 10,633 linear feet and the Hay Creek Pipeline is approximately 24,588 linear feet. The pipeline shall be ripped (pulled) to a 5 ft. depth. This requirement is to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for this request. All specifications will be included in the solicitation which is anticipated to be posted on/about June 13, 2018. Response date for the quotes will be on/about July 16, 2018. .
Work under this contract is located in Prairie County, Montana.
The period of performance is 40 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Work is anticipated to begin around July 23, 2018 dependent upon workload/weather. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $150,000.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $15.0 million.
A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000. Payment protection shall be due within 10 days upon notification of our intent to make award.
Prospective contractors shall be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database or failure to submit all required quote information as identified in the upcoming solicitation may make a quotor ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov. New SAM requirements may cause a delay in registration. Vendors are highly encouraged to start the registration process early. Please call your local PTAC for guidance.
All questions regarding this requirement must be submitted in writing to rundlin@blm.gov at least seven business days before closing. Quote packages shall be submitted electronically at www.fedconnect.net unless other arrangements are made with the Contracting Officer. A site tour is anticipated and shall be announced with solicitation.
