Apply traffic markings at Wind Cave National Park, Hot Springs, SD.
This project consists of all tools, materials, labor, supervision and other items necessary to complete the entire project as specified. This project provides traffic control marking on paved roads within the park. It includes US Highway 385, Highway 87, and the Visitor Center Access Road. Center lines and fog lines will be re-stripped with waterborne traffic paint with type 1 reflective glass beads.
This project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. NAICS Code: 237310 (size standard $36.5M), PSC: Z1LB. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for Custer County shall apply. The magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. The National Park Service, Midwest Region (MWR), NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), intends to award a firm-fixed price, construction contract in response to this solicitation. Offerors must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications in SAM, in order to be eligible for award.
