The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA has procured (on a limited source basis) the following items: On-site support of the THOR RF Threat Signal Simulator (THOR) System; Hardware & Software modifications to THOR; and a THOR signal generator upgrade. This requirement was awarded to Global Technology and Management Resources, Inc. (GTMR), 44145 Airport View Drive, Suite 102, Hollywood, MD, 20636, as the required support, software, and hardware must function with the software currently used by THOR. These services are purchased under GSA contract GS-00F-080GA. In addition to the items described above, the Government purchased open market items from the above identified contractor at a value exceeding $25,000.00 as ancillary items necessary to perform the requested work.. Awarded Vendors: Global Technology and Management Resources, Inc. (GTMR). Contract Award Dollar Amount: 665,281.39. Contract Award Date: 2017-11-29.

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: On-site support of the THOR RF Threat Signal Simulator (THOR) System; Hardware & Software modifications to THOR; and a THOR signal generator upgrade. This requirement is sole sourced to Global Technology and Management Resources, Inc. (GTMR), 44145 Airport View Drive, Suite 102, Hollywood, MD, 20636, as the required support, software, and hardware must function with the software currently used by THOR. These services are being purchased on GSA contract GS-00F-080GA. In addition to the items described above, the Government will be purchasing open market items from the above identified contractor at a value exceeding $25,000.00 as ancillary items necessary to perform the requested work. Any firms believing that they can provide the ancillary items may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 7 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the services and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
