NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Bahrain DET Dubai intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the temporary lodging requirements in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Pursuant to FAR 5.202 (a) (12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business at Dubai, United Arab Emirates as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) codes is V231.

System for Award Management - By submission of a bid, the bidder acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the bidder does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award
to the next otherwise successful registered bidder. Bidders may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through https://www.beta.sam.gov.

Offeror's questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer (Eric.Auffhammer@me.navy.mil) and the Contract
Specialist (Irene.Pamfilo.PH@me.navy.mil) in writing. All questions concerning this acquisition must be submitted by 09 May 2021, 10:00 AM U.A.E local time. Questions will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation.
The due date for the submission of proposal is on 16 May 2021 1:00 PM U.A.E local time. The proposal receipt time will be strictly enforced. The proposal shall be submitted to the following personnel:
