Clarifications:
with the attached specifications page the following also need to be fulfilled:
This is for an Articulating Boom Lift even though the title is telescopic.
1. There must be a Diesel engine. Specify brand and HP.
2. The Boom Lift must be 4WD and 4WS.
3. it must have a Jib.
4. It must be a new piece of equipment. Due to the fact that the location has limited mechanical staff, this equipment must have the full manufactural warrantee.
5. Company must be able to respond to any issues that may occur with in 2 hours with certified technicians. Also, company must be able to provide loaner equipment if needed.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract.

Vendors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quote shall include the following: (1) Technical Specifications and (2) Price (to include shipping).

The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. "LPTA" means the expected outcome of the acquisition that result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluation are: (1) Technical Specifications, (2) Price (to include shipping), and must also have satisfactory Past Performance.
