This is a notice of intent for the US Geological Survey Office of Acquisition and Grants, Sacramento, to award a sole source purchase order to Applied Physics Systems, Sunnyvale, CA, for a 2G Enterprises Model 755-4K Superconducting Rock Magnetometer. The USGS requires a superconducting rock magnetometer that is capable of measuring a wide range of geologic samples within a specified price range (¿ $414K).
