Update #2 · Latest ·

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA, intends to modify the current contract to increase the Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) ceiling, and add tasking for contract N68936-14-D-0022 to fulfill the PIO Spares requirement of the Standard Missile 1 (SM-1) Program which NAVAIR awarded, on a sole source basis, to Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS).

RMS is the only contractor possessing the required equipment, which consists of 30 unique test sets, necessary to perform these maintenance activities. Currently this test equipment is being used for SM-1 in addition to other missile programs at Raytheon facilities. Recreating this test equipment would result in a substantial duplication of cost to the Government.
Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10 Feb 2016.
