Added: Jun 22, 2018 3:26 pm Southshore Recreation Site: Construct specified site improvements, including construction of a post and cable fence, access road grading, boat ramp barrier enhancements, and installing a precast concrete vault toilet. Work under this Contract is located in Fremont County, Idaho. Southshore Recreational Site is a BLM site located west of US 20 in Island Park, Idaho. The site is accessed from US 20, approximately 6 miles down Red Rock Pass Rd. Estimated start work date is August 6, 2018. Performance time is 90 calendar days. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.



A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about July 9, 2018 and vendors interested in this requirement should register their interest at www.FedConnect.net in order to receive information and updates regarding this requirement. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237990 with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million.
