The work includes placing riprap and embankment to stabilize sections of road. Also included in the work is placing sod mats, erosion control fabric, planting vegetation, replacing bridge wingwalls and deadman anchors, roadway excavation, placing aggregate, and incidental related work.

Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects:
FAR 36.204(e) - Between $250,000 and $500,000.


Pre bid tour:
No pre-bid tour is planned for this project.


Bid Guarantee:
Yes. FAR 52.228-1 will be included in this solicitation. Guarantee to be equal to 20% of the bid price or $200,000, whichever is less.


Solicitation Date:
It is anticipated the solicitation and all materials will be posted to the FBO website by mid July 2012. Please watch FBO solicitation number AG-03K0-S-12-0017 for updates.
