Please see Attachment 2: Statement of Work (SOW) for the full scope of performance, deliverables and requirements needed; Israel Aerospace Industries LTD - Bedek Aviation Group, Ben Gurion Airport Port, LOD Airport, Israel, 000070100.
Justification is based upon the following facts: 1. Israel Aerospace Industries LTD - Bedek Aviation Group owns the exclusive proprietary new exhaust case. 2. There are no other Certified Repair Facilities available that have a new exhaust case as the Israel Aerospace Industries LTD - Bedek Aviation Group. In addition, time constraints and extensive costs for the replacement of this hardware and testing would jeopardize mission schedules. These reasons justify procuring the required services exclusively from Israel Aerospace Industries LTD - Bedek Aviation Group.
The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
