Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a 50' x10' concrete overlook, including railings, bench, notice board, spotting scope, curb and gutter, and site grading at the Shady Maple Hwy 35 Turnout located just south of LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated.
SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is issued as a set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $14.0 million.

It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that they receive all appropriate solicitation documents to submit a competitive Quote. REFUGE LOCATION: Upper Mississippi National Fish and Wildlife Refuge, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, LaCrosse District, 555 Lester Avenue, Onalaska, WI 54650-8552
