THIS MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO REVISE THE SET-ASIDE TO A WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ONLY WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS CAN SUBMIT A PROPOSAL AND WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. THIS REVISION IS EFFECTIVE 02/10/2015.
Solicitation number is SPE4A6-15-R-0459, National Stock Number, 4030-01-521-2308, Shackle. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% WOMAN OWNED Small Business Set-Aside, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable. NSN is not commercial and is not a Critical Safety Item. This is a Critical Application Item, Higher level Quality and Measurement & Test Equipment requirement applies. However, Drawings are available for this item. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 4150 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and four (4) option years is 512. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 128 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 256 each. FOB is Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 146 days ARO. Past Performance Information System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is February 19, 2015 with a closing date of March 20, 2014. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government arranged transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments originating outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
