The purpose of this amendment is to change this posting from sole source to Emenda, to sole source to Emenda’s authorized resellers.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis SciTools Understand License Renewal for 1) UND-LAB20-SUB Qty 20; 2) UND-LAB-RESET Qty 4; 3) UND-NL-SUB Qty 5. This requirement is sole sourced to Emenda USA 3520 Scheele Dr. Jackson, MI 49202 as the sole North American authorized distributor/representative of the for Scientific Toolworks Inc., 328 N. Old Highway 92 Ste A, Hurricane, UT 84737-3100 with competition amongst authorized resellers of Emenda. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. Additionally, Effective June 29, 2018, all non-Federal entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
