This Pre-Solicitation Notice seeks contractors capable of replacing nine sensitive compartmented information facilities doors at Army Reserve Intelligence Support Center locations. A capability statement identifying small business socioeconomic status and points of contact must be submitted by June 18, 2020 to be considered for the potential award.
The requirement has been set aside for total small business and falls under NAICS code 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors as well as PSC code S206 - Guard Services. The period of performance is 365 days from award. Interested parties must demonstrate experience installing secure compartmented information facilities doors and locks.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY – This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at Fort Dix, NJ is surveying the market for potential contractors capable of providing and installing the Army Reserve Intelligence Support Center (ARISC) with nine STC-50 rated Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) metal security doors and metal frames at the nine ARISC locations identified in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Five of the doors will need to include a new LKM security lock with key bypass. The Contractor shall provide the qualified personnel, tools, equipment, supervision, travel, and other items and services necessary to perform tasks under this scope. The Contractor shall also provide any incidental support to include infrastructure that is necessary to accomplish all tasks. This will be a Construction requirement and bonds will be required.
