The small business size standard for this procurement is $19.0 million, providing significant opportunity for smaller contractors. While no immediate contract award is planned from this market research notice, the government will use the responses to determine the most appropriate acquisition strategy. The project requires strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, with specific requirements including obtaining necessary permits, maintaining site safety, and following operational security protocols. Contractors must provide a one-year minimum warranty and be prepared to work within specified hours (Monday-Friday, 0700-1600), with deliverables including a contract manager information submission, work schedule, personnel lists, and required permits to be submitted at specified intervals before project commencement.
