This request for information (RFI) seeks to identify energy procurement options and develop strategies for reaching 100% Carbon Pollution-Free Electricity (CFE) by 2030 in support of the goals expressed in Section 203 of Executive Order (E.O.) 14057, Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs Through Federal Sustainability (December 8, 2021). ERCOT manages the flow of electric power to more than 26 million customers, which reflects approximately 90 percent of Texas’ electric load.
