About this opportunity

The USAID seeks applications from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as a Senior Learning Advisor under a two-year contract with three option years. Applicants must submit a resume and responses addressing evaluation criteria by August 16, 2021. The Senior Learning Advisor will support USAID's Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning to integrate collaborating, learning, and adapting approaches into programs and facilitate cross-agency learning initiatives. Applicants will be evaluated based on experience applying successful learning practices, understanding of USAID's program cycle, experience in knowledge management and organizational learning, and international development experience.

The solicitation does not include any set-aside designations. Applicants must have a master's degree in a relevant field and seven years of progressively responsible experience in areas such as knowledge management, adaptive management, and organizational development. The contract will be performed in Washington, D.C. over a five-year period from October 2021 through September 2026 at a salary range of $168,993 to $202,139 annually. Evaluation criteria include experience developing and supporting knowledge management practices in complex organizations and ability to operate collaboratively in team settings.
