Description:

This requirement is for the maintenance and management of EPA Region 10's owned emergency response equipment and supplies at its warehouse facilities for use by its Emergency Response Team (ERT). The contractor will be responsible for providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week readiness of all materials and equipment that are stored in the warehouse for the immediate use of the EPA On-Scene Coordinator (OSC) and the environmental response contractor network.



The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to issue a Solicitation/RFP to using FAR Part 15 procurement method. EPA anticipates this requirement being advertised a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The EPA expects to award the contract on or about July 2018. The contract is anticipated to be a firm fixed-price performance-based contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1)-year options. The majority of work under this contract will be performed at the warehouse locations.

A separate solicitation and other information related to this procurement will be posted in the next 30-50 days.



The contractor will be required to submit all personnel working under this contract for security clearance under Homeland Security Presidential Directives (HSPD)-12.
