Added: Mar 03, 2010 9:20 pm RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE ROTARUN TRAIL CONSTRUCTION. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of Furnishing labor and equipment. Contractor is responsible for gradechecking, clearing and grubbing, constructing trail, and maneuvering equipment through roughterrain and areas were access is limited. This trail is approximately 1.08 miles with widths thatvary from 6 to 24 inches. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a standard size of $33.5M. The project site is located in Blaine County, Idaho. Estimated start work date is June 8, 2010, and performance time is 90 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 17, 2010. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
