Interested firms shall have the capability of engaging all additional disciplines as necessary to provide a complete proposal. Estimated cost range for construction is $250,000-$500,000. NAICS code for this project is 541330. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Potential contractors must be registered in CCR (www.ccr.gov) and Vet Biz (www.vetbiz.gov) at time of submission of their qualifications in order to be considered for an award. Area of consideration: Firms must be within a 200 mile radius of the VAMC, Lake City, FL. Please submit your qualifications and past performance data on SF330 (architect-engineer qualifications). You can obtain Standard Form 330 at http://www.gsa.gov/portal/gsa/ep/formslibrary. Firms desiring consideration should submit a completed copy of form SF-330 no later than 3:00PM on December 21, 2009 to Contracting Officer (90C) VA Medical Center, 619 S.
