Added: May 18, 2010 5:04 pm RECOVERY -- This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).

The Bureau of Land Management, Alaska State Office has a requirement for trail marking materials to be delivered FOB destination to Anchorage, Alaska and Koyok, Alaska. Detailed information will be included in the solicitation package will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov or at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ on or about May 18, 2010. Offers will be due May 25, 2010. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The solicitation is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 444190, size standard $7.0. Offerors must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and register at www.ccr.gov (Central Contractor Registration) to be eligible for award of any federal contact. Additionally, it is recommended for interested parties to register at www.orca.bpn.gov (Online Representations and Certifications Application).

Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
