Update #3 · Latest ·

Added: Nov 14, 2016 3:01 pm Amendment No. 02: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 10 November 2016 to 16 November 2016. The due date is being extended due to issues with DARPA's BAA (proposal submission) Website experienced by proposers on 10 November 2016 that prevented proposal submissions from being completed. Those proposers who successfully submitted through DARPA's BAA (proposal submission) Website prior to the original due date are not required to resubmit their proposals as a result of this extension. However, those proposers who did successfully submit through DARPA's BAA (proposal submission) Website prior to the original due date may, if they choose, resubmit their proposals - but the resubmitted proposal must very clearly note that it is being submitted in place of the initial submission. See the attached DARPA-BAA-16-56 document, through Amendment No. 02, with changes highlighted in yellow.

Proposers will build around a common digital framework that can be customized for specific applications. Both passive and active modes are desired. Also of interest are proposals that develop adaptive algorithms that optimize the operation of a reconfigurable sensor in real time to optimize information collection.

Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to update Tables 1, 3 and 4, add a security statement, and clarify the Tier 1 High Speed Interface Output and testing requirements. See the changes as highlighted in yellow in the attached conform DARPA-BAA-16-56 document.
