Added: May 26, 2011 7:11 pm Work to be performed under this solicitation consists of vault toilet pumping services which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, recharge, clean -up, disinfect and dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets located at the Hoover Dam Memorial Plaza and the Nevada Checkpoint, Boulder City, NV.

The proposed contract's performance period will start on date of award and run for a 5 year period. There are no Option Provisions. It is the Government's intent to award one Indefinite -Delivery Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a guaranteed minimum award of $3,000 with a maximum dollar value of $250,000.00 for the 5 year period. This acquisition will be pursued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12 Commercial Items.

This requirement is being issued on a 100% Total Small Business set-aside basis. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services with a size standard of $7.0 million in average annual receipts. The solicitation will include a description of the requirement, instructions to offerors and information on the required certifications. It will be available by electronic posting only at www.fedbizopps.gov on, or about June 15, 2011 and will close 30 days later on, or about, July 17, 2011. Quotes will be evaluated based on price only.
