Added: Sep 02, 2015 9:17 am The selected offeror shall furnish all Labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the project described in the solicitation to follow. Proposals and subsequent performance shall be in strict accordance with the terms and conditions specified therein.

Project Overview:

This project will construct security features at some of the Orlando VA campuses. The facilities included in this project are the Orlando VAMC Lake Baldwin Campus, Lakemont campus, and Viera OPC. Mortise locksets with compatible doors shall be installed at specified locations. Up and over access through interior ceilings shall be eliminated to meet security requirements. Specified areas shall receive motion intrusion systems and panic/duress alarms. Physical Access Card Systems (PACS) with scramble pads shall be installed at specified locations lacking security card reader restriction. Other miscellaneous work shall be completed by the contractor and all work shall comply with the VA Security Handbook requirements.
