About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is procuring three diesel pressure washers through solicitation SPMYM225Q2214, specifically requiring Alkota Model #KDW 1003-1001D units or equivalent with hot water capability, 10 GPM flow rate, 3,000 PSI pressure, and forklift-compatible design. The procurement requires NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) certification per OSHA standards, delivery of comprehensive documentation including operation and maintenance manuals, warranty certificates, and NRTL certification reports. Contractors must demonstrate compliance with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements unless the items qualify as Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), and must provide their CAGE code, tax liability representations, and manufacturer information including country of origin. The solicitation requires FOB destination delivery to Silverdale, WA, with completed and signed solicitation forms submitted via email to diana.baldwin@dla.mil. The quote submission deadline is July 17, 2025, just two days after the posting date of July 15, 2025.
This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside with no incumbent contractors identified in the documentation. The solicitation references a unit price of $3,000 per pressure washer, suggesting a total contract value of approximately $9,000 for the three units, though this appears to be preliminary pricing information. The equipment must be delivered by July 31, 2025, to the TRIREFFAC Receiving Officer in Silverdale, WA 98315, with local service and warranty support required within 35 miles of the delivery location. The contract includes requirements for factory-authorized distributor warranty service, with the warranty period commencing upon shipment/delivery. All documentation must be provided in English using imperial units, with two hard copies required for each type of deliverable including manuals, warranty certificates, and NRTL certification reports.
