Added: Aug 14, 2017 4:35 pm The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center has a requirement for two (2) P25 Compliant Complete or Turnkey Police Radio Communication Systems. The Contractor shall install all materials, equipment, circuits, cables, runs, warranty, and labor necessary to ensure the running of a communications solution that is a P25 compliant narrowband, digital trunked radio system that shall operate in the UHF frequency band as noted below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing. Standard size is currently $1,250. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced Type contract solicited as Unrestricted.

Issuing of solicitation will be forthcoming. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals.

Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted on 22 August 2017, at 10am local time. Any vendor attending must send an email to Odessa White at the email address listed below on or before 12 noon 17 August 2017.

In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package.

Offerors need to be registered in the System for Awardee Management (SAM.gov) prior to submission of proposal. All Contractors MUST be registered in CCR and ORCA to do business with the federal government and annually ensure the information is current at the Business Partner Network http://www.bpn.gov.
