The Purpose of this modification to provide the answers to questions below. The drawings will be posted 1611AS15891, 1611AS15892, UPPER AND LOWER CRADLE INSERTS and the updated Statement of work to reflect the quanitity total of 9 instead of 6.

Questions:
1. Note the two highlighted cradle insert upper and lower items shown on the screen shot below.

We do not have drawings for these items ... Are they are supposed to be part of the assembly we would supply?


2. DRAWINGS: 1611AS15891, 1611AS15892, UPPER AND LOWER CRADLE INSERTS, ARE THESE NEEDED TO BE SUPPLIED BY VENDOR? ALSO IS THE TOTAL INDIVIDUAL NUMBER OF CARTS 9? 6? OR 3?

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an full and open competitive basis for Pod Transport Cart Assembly per Statement of Work and drawings, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13.. The solicitation with complete details and will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 06/24/2019. All responsible sources may submit a quote for Solicitation N6893619Q0313, which shall be considered by the agency. Please respond to Terryl Mitchell by mail to CDR NAWCWD CODE 254600D, Attn: Terryl Mitchell, 1 ADMINISTRATION CIRCLE, STOP 1303, China Lake, CA 93555-6108, or email to Terryl.mitchell@navy.mil. Electronic delivery of quotation is preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process.

All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
