This requirement will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with Photonis USA, 1000 New Holland Avenue Lancaster, PA 17601 and its distributors as the vendors.

Added: Aug 18, 2016 8:13 pm The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, California's Airborne Threat Simulation Organization (ATSO) requires 15 P/N 9092 known as E/F Microwave Power Modules.

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: 1) P/N 9092 known as E/F Microwave Power Module QTY 15. This requirement is manufacture sole sourced to Photonis USA, 1000 New Holland Avenue Lancaster, PA 17601 and it's distributors as the only vendors able to provide this product. Any distributors believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. Specifications to be met are outlined in attachment 1.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Respond to Rachelle Stacey, by email to rachelle.stacey@navy.mil, fax to (760) 939-3095, or mail to Commander Code 220000D, NAWCWD, 429 E Bowen Ave, MS 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108.
