About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network 10, is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice for the procurement of a Pentero 800 S System microscope to be used at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. The microscope is required to support clinical workflow in the operating room shared by ENT and Spine. The VA is seeking information from potential sources, including their point of contact, business details, socioeconomic status, delivery timeframe, country of origin, and whether they are the original equipment manufacturer or a distributor. Responses are due by August 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM ET and should be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email.
This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or binding contract offer. The VA is assessing industry capabilities and interest to determine the acquisition strategy, including whether a small business set-aside is warranted. No set-aside designation is currently provided, and the specific award value or budget range is not disclosed. The quantity required is one Pentero 800 S System microscope.
