PR No: 0060869038. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an F-18 HF2B Kit. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows:
NSN: 1680-01-408-9000 for 150 Kits.
In Accordance With Drawing 13873 XSZUDG023N, DATED 8 OCT 09
Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 168 days ARO.
Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about November 5, 2015. The anticipated award date is January 15, 2016.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
