Added: Apr 06, 2017 2:45 pm Modified: May 08, 2017 11:25 amTrack Changes The Department of Justice has a need for the lease of approximately one hundred and thirty (130) indoor parking spaces for the period of October 1, 2017 thru September 30, 2018 and may include up to four one year options to extend the term of the contract. The spaces will be assigned to Department of Justice employees. There is a geographic restriction. The automobile entrance to any parking facility offered by the contractor must be located within the following zone: between 7th and 9th Street, and D and E Street, all in Northwest, Washington, DC. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about April 15, 2017. The RFP will be posted on the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web-site www.fbo.gov. The FBO site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments will also be distributed through the FBO site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
