Shaw AFB, South Carolina anticipates a competitive acquisition for Intra-City packing, containerization, drayage, delivery, unpacking, storage and related services through the direct procurement method (DPM). The anticipated performance period will be a base period of six (6) months plus one (1) option year for a total period of performance of 18 months. Areas of performance for this requirement will consist of two (2) zones in South Carolina counties as described in Place of Performance listed below.
The set-aside for this acquisition is: 100% Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488991 (Packing and Crating) and the size standard is $27.5M.
All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Registration may be accomplished at http://www.sam.gov/.

AREA I (Zone 38) South Carolina Counties of Chesterfield, Clarendon, Darlington, Kershaw, Lancaster, Lee, Marlboro, and Sumter
AREA II (Zone 39) South Carolina Counties of Dillon, Florence, Georgetown, Horry, Marion, and Williamsburg

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in the Government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities.
The Capability Statements should clearly show evidence of relevant experience in the services described above and should include, at a minimum, the following information: Brief description of any relevant contracts (commercial or government), Contract numbers, Contract dollar values, Dates of performance, number and type of personnel involved. Also include all company information to include, Point of Contact, DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax ID number. Respondents are also encouraged to submit information regarding commercial practices that the Government should consider implementing for this acquisition.
