About this opportunity

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA is seeking to procure a renewal of Oracle System Maintenance through a sole-source procurement directly with Oracle Corporation. The solicitation, identified as N6893625Q5064, is for a comprehensive maintenance renewal covering 104 line items of Oracle hardware and systems, including SPARC servers, storage components, network adapters, and related equipment. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information. The solicitation requires vendors to provide a separate quote for evaluation and verify authorized distributor/reseller status through the manufacturer. Responses are due by May 26, 2025, at 09:00 AM, with the contract to be awarded using a Request for Quote (RFQ) method without discussions.

The procurement is an unrestricted opportunity, though it has characteristics of a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) opportunity under NAICS code 511210. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price arrangement with a performance period from May 13, 2025, to May 12, 2026, covering support renewals at two installation locations: Naval Warfare Weapons Division at 9516 BLANDY AVE and Navair Warfare Weapons at Building 1024. The support renewal is split between Extended Support for OS and Premier Support for Systems, encompassing multiple serial-numbered hardware components. Invoicing and payment will be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system, with payment authorized at the beginning of the performance period. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the maintenance renewal suggests a significant investment in maintaining the organization's Oracle-based computing infrastructure.
