Interested small businesses must submit responses by February 6, 2020 addressing their company information, small business classification, available contract vehicles, and a capability statement not exceeding six pages demonstrating their ability to provide the required OpenText products and maintenance as an authorized reseller. The notice does not specify potential award values or timelines for the software licenses and maintenance, but seeks to renew over 3,500 named user licenses for OpenText Content Server and related modules currently used by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
